Wanted: Vegetable Korma recipe?
For a soon to be student!
I loved Tesco’s Vegetable Korma with Rice but now I’m unable to get it! It had a mild flavour and was made up mainly of diced potato. I’d love to be able to make something similar – of course I know i won’t get all the additive flavour!
I’ve tried Google but have yet to come across a simple (not millions of different herbs and pastes) recipe – and preferably one that isn’t heavy on the broccoli or cauliflower (i like these but Tesco’s own veg korma didn’t have any in it 
)

Buy Pataks Korma paste, you can get it in Tesco and also creamed coconut which comes in a block, or use tinned coconut milk. Make sure you fry off the paste and coat the vegetables well before adding the coconut milk. If you like it really mild then just don’t use too much paste. Use vegetables of your choice. The potatoes will need to be parbolied first, but you can add broccoli and caulis in raw. My family and I have this at least once a week.
