you can make oils out of anything.
my favorite are avacado oil for my hair, tea tree oil and clove oil for fragrance.
essential oils are typically used to soothe, relieve and anything else that deals with alternative medicines and herbs.
where others are used for cooking, all are beneficial in moderation. or are totally awful for you (vegetable oil.)
