How do priests magically change bread/wine into Jesus’ actual flesh and blood?
What does a priest do? Are there magic words? Does the bread taste like human flesh? Does he have to light candles and jump 3 times?
Just wondering………..
(btw, I am a Christian and do not believe in the eucharist. The Lord’s Supper is symbolilc to do in remembrance of what he did on the cross)
Catholics believe it is HIS REAL FLESH AND BLOOD. Not kidding.
Catholicism is not a true Christian religion but a cult. They work their way to heaven like other cults and false religions.
During the Eucharist they believe they are taking Christ out of Heaven, from the right hand of God the father and resacrificing Him. The priests will actually tell you it is NOT just a symbolic act.
Hebrews 7:27 Who needed not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
Once and once only did Christ make a sacrifice for sins.
Also to bow down and worship the wafer/bread believing it is God, is the worst form of idolatry.
To need further sacrifices proves that you are not relying on Christ alone for your salvation therefore unfortunately many that continue to participate are not saved.
