How long does carrot cake last?
Its my mums birthday on monday, andmy little boy wants to bake her a cake.
We decided on a carrot cake. I just wonderd how many days it would last. meaning how many days would they have to eat it if i make it tomorrow? I usually make them on the actual birthday (i seems to be the cake maker on these occasions!) and then they last about 3 days (plain sponge, choc sponge etc) I dont want to make it tomorrow give it her monday and then they have to goble it all down quick in a day so as not to waste it.
