What are some brands of hair products for African Americans that are fragrance free?
As you probably know, it’s important for African Americans to “grease” their scalp and keep it conditioned and moisturized. However, every hair cream I buy give me “fragrance headaches” and allergies – it clogs my senses and my eyes get red, etc. What are good hair products I can buy that are more-or-less fragrance free?
Wrong. It’s important for blacks with relaxed hair to “oil” their scalps and this is because the relaxers dry out their scalp and hair. If you’re not relaxed then you don’t need to put anything on your scalp, unless you have an extremely dry scalp.
I’ve heard Carol’s Daughter has some fragrance-free products. I’m not 100% sure, but I think I saw it on its website.
