Can I use Diamond-Glo Dye chips in soapmaking?
Hi, I use these to colour my candles and was wondering if they could also be used for melt and pour soaps? Many thanks, Sandy.
If it’s not made for soap making, I wouldn’t use them in soap. They could contain chemicals that are very bad for the skin. I’ve made both candles and soap and use completely different kinds of dyes for them. They just aren’t interchangable.
You can use food coloring though. At least in castile and glycerin soap.
