What is the most ridiculous soap opera line you’ve ever heard?
Either a sentence or a storyline really.
The most ridiculous line I’ve ever heard on a soap opera was by Emily Quartermaine on General Hospital in ’07. She said, “He shot Robin for no reason, he forced my father to walk out of the hotel while suffering a heart attack, he lined the explosives in the lobby to blow us all up, and now he’s poisoned you…”
It was something like that. Even though I love GH, just the whole sentence sounds ridiculous, even though it was all in the hostage crisis (so it makes sense to me.)
So what was the most ridiculous soap opera line you’ve ever heard and what soap opera was it from?
Guy is burned alive, “IS HE DEAD?” Of course he’s dead.
