The first thing that every bakers must do is to preheat the oven for about one hundred seventy-five degree Celsius and then line the muffin pan with a paper or a foil liner, after that sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt and then set is aside for awhile. Next thing that you must do is to get a large bowl, and then together with cream, butter and sugar mix it gradually until in becomes light and fluffy. Then add the eggs one at a time, beat it well with each time you add the egg then stir it with the chocolates, after add the flour mixture alternately with the milk and then beat again after all the mixings are done fill them to the muffin cups three fourth full. Have it bake for fifteen to seventeen minutes in the preheated oven and have a test for doneness afterwards through the use of a clean toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean then it is done already and is ready for frosting. After that it is all good to serve.
