Does Drinking Lemon Water Kill Bacteria and Parasites, What About Drinking Senna Tea for a few days?
Will they both/or one or the other?
Will I need to eat more good bacteria than usual if I want to drink 32 ounces of lemon water a day?
And as far as senna, Im thinking about drinking it for a few days to cleanse myself-I KNOW NOT TO DRINK IT MORE THAN THAT.
I have rosacea and want to see if this maybe helps me….and I am also about to lose weight, so after awhile of eating abunch of junk Im sure senna may be helpful……..
Senna will act like a laxative and that is all. Drinking lemon water will not kill bacteria/parasites.
Talk to your physician about your rosacea.
