Does anyone know where to get clear silicone in which to set flowers?
I was recently at a fair and purchased a little tea light holder that was filled with silk flowers set in silicone. The lady that sold it told she makes them all herself by hand and I would love to try it myself. If anyone knows anything about this silicone substance and where I can find it (or even any tips on how to do this project) please let me know.
Crafts stores such as Micheal’s or Benjamin Franklin should have it in a powder form…. but its very hard to work with and it will RUIN the pot that you make in. see it comes as a powder and you add it to boiling water to make it then pour it into your desired container to harden but the stuff will never fully come off the pot you make it in so you might wanna buy a cheap pot too.
