Candle/Soap Making?¿?
My sister would like to make some homade soap and candles and it needs to be simple and cheap.
What she wants to know:
1. the most simple but good recipe for both candles and soaps
2. possibly the website unless you just know it by heart.
3. everything you need comes from a grocery store or something like a dollar general
4. PLEASE KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!
