The square root of my two digit number formed by my tens and units is equal to 7. My hundreds digits is equal to the length of inches in 3/4 of a foot. The sum of all my digits is equal to the length of a rectangle with a perimeter of 72 whose length is 10 greater than its width. What Year Am I?
