car wax???
i have an 03 mustang with a custom deep jewel green with small flakes paint job but want to polish and wax it to make it really shine. the paint job is fairly new, about 6 months old and so i want to protect it. i heard alot about meguiars being good. but which wax? cleaner wax, deep crystal, nxt, or the gold class?
or something else like turtle wax, mothers, etc???
For off the shelf products, Meguiar’s is good. And with your metallic based paint, you should try NXT. Either liquid or paste is fine.
Wash it really well before applying wax, try Meguiar’s Gold Class car wash. clay the car before waxing for even better results. Meguiar’s also has a claying kit.
